We also really try and make an effort to eat healthy at the end of the school year. It's really easy to run through the drive-thru, but the quick fix from eating there doesn't last as long as healthy eating.
Recently, I've found the best blog for healthy eating. It's Organize Yourself Skinny by Tammy. She has great recipes for Green Smoothies and other healthy eating! Tim and I both have started having a green smoothie every morning and it really gives us a boost of energy!
The last thing I do is try and get ready for next year. This helps me feel better as the school year comes to an end! As I'm packing up I try and purge things I haven't used in a long time (or that really need to be replaced). I also keep a list of things I need to purchase over the summer and the start of my to-do list for next school year. This just makes me feel better!
